Where do I start?

OK, only one piece of work on there so far, but good things take time!

Have a few photos waiting to go on, but technology is making sure I don't rush things...

p.s. at the moment I have the time/date printed in bright red along the bottom of a pile of rather nice photos... All I have to play with is the programme 'preview', any suggestions apart from cropping? Or purchasing and learning photoshop (ugh :-( boo)
